i’ve had ‘bad days’ before – one ‘undesirable event’ after another. today was the ‘opposite’ despite my neurophysio being sick today. there was another therapist available albeit an hour earlier. fortunately, the ‘stars aligned’ as a different support worker could drive me and the cleaners could come ‘slightly’ earlier.

today i heard a term again after several decades – the last time i encountered this was in a Stephen King novel. it originates from Greek mythology as a guide for souls leading to the afterlife.

just found out this also came from a place.

i ‘recently’ learned about eye rhymes: words that have ‘parts’ that are similarly spelled, but pronounced differently. for example: tough and thought.

English is ‘technically’ my second language being Filipino. although there are ‘a lot’ of exceptions and the language can be ‘tricky’ to learn – it helped we spoke it at home as that was the common language as my parents spoke different dialects and the educational medium is English in the Philippines given the American ‘influence’…

was recently interstate for most of last week. as a result, there was ‘radio silence’ (as only had my phone and the ‘smaller touchpad is challenging for me) on my part and spent the last few days ‘catching up and prioritising time-sensitive things’ – hopefully, I can start posting again as most things have now been ‘attended to’…

was at my neurophysio today and had a ‘bad balance day.’ still trying to think of a single ’cause’ despite knowing occurrences are ‘by and large multifactorial’. it could have been due to a ‘combination’ of things and not just ‘purely physical’ (although i can’t discount my age)…
